Event Description : A Million Smiles' - India's largest solo photography art exhibition initiative to celebrate womanhood A million smiles is a beginning of a unique initiative by renowned photographer Ashok P Kochhar to create a photo commune for art lovers not only to share their knowledge but also interact on new innovations and socially relevant concepts in photography.
One thousand female smiling/laughing faces from all walks of life
· Innovative camera design for the project, a unique blend of Field camera and DSLR will be on display at the Mall on all days

About the Photographer : An Artist, a visual expert and an esoteric personified. These are just few words that have been used to define Ashok P Kochhar and his work. While his images leave the spectators gasping, his thought and expression stir the deepest emotions and cast a spell of magnificence hard to explain in words. A photographer par excellence, Ashok P Kochhar started as a painter in his early years before discovering the magic of photography. He started his photographic journey as a creative photographer in the late eighties. In over two decades, Ashok P Kochhar has worked for almost all the big houses in India. Helped by a background in engineering, Kochhar designs his own signature lighting to create unique effects to execute complex effects, which is reflected in his work. Throughout his career he has worked on best of the equipment matching international standards. Having one of the best-equipped studios in the country, Kochhar A. is one of the few photographers using the best technology and techniques available globally. With passion and Innovation as the guiding forces, Ashok P Kochhar. has been a pioneer of various innovative concepts, such as – ‘Spiritual Art Photography’, ‘Interactive workshops on Creative Expressions’, ‘Live Photo workshops’ and many more.
