CSSG, a registered charity establishment, showcased the most unique journey with 8 world class Michelin starred and celebrity chefs across 2 cities combining food and art together aimed at transforming the lives of numerous underprivileged individuals. As part of the initiative CSSG organized many exclusive soirees at The Leela Palace New Delhi that entailed of interesting set of events ranging from talks by Nandita Das and Ian Curley along with the Master Classes by the chefs at Le Cirque. The highlight of the event was a special floating buffet of 20 splendid courses of canapés, tied to helium balloons that was suspended at eye level for the guests to indulge in. The events were attended by prominent Delhiites including Shivan & Naresh, Hemant Sagar, Namrata Joshipura, Suhel Seth, AD Singh, Peter & Cecila D'Ascolli. Ritu Kumar, Thukral & Tagra and more.
Brainchild of Anand Kapoor, CSSG facilitates the instilling of knowledge and training by means of talks, interactive sessions and on-the-job training by industry experts from all over the world. The establishment focuses on providing opportunities for professional as well as personal growth in creative sectors such as art, theatre, music, dance and gastronomy associating with the capital’s F&B destination, The Leela Palace New Delhi for the second year in a row.
The participating chefs include, Michelin Starred - Frances Atkins, The Yorke Arms, Patley Bridge, North Yorkshire, Alyn Williams,  Alyn Williams at The Westbury, London, Michael Wignall, The Latymer, Surrey, Roger Pizey, Marco's, Stamford Bridge, London, Laurie Gear, The Artichoke, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, Marcello Tully, Kinloch Lodge, Isle of Skye, Scotland. Among the Hatted are Ian Curley, The European, Melbourne and Mark Best, Marque, Sydney. The Artists Le Cellule,  Emmanuelle and Stephanie, the Glyndebourne, Ana Marie Labin and Damien Whiteley and the European wine expert, Peter Csizmadia-Honigh dazzled the initiative further.

We have really pushed the envelope by bringing together such amazing talent from all over the world in such a great number who have all come out in support of the charity (NGO). The key though is for us to ensure that these initiatives allow us to help the individuals we are trying to help. Post last year we placed several individuals and they have flourished under the care and guidance of their mentors. At this moment I would like to thank all the associates including The Leela Palace New Delhi who helped us manage the initiative seamlessly”.
