Event Details : 'Infinite Journey' Paintings by Elizabeth Sass Brunner and Elizabeth Brunner from private collections.
The exhibition is dedicated to the memory of Elizabeth Brunner, the famous Padma Shri recipient, Indo-Hungarian painter on the occasion of her birth centenary. Elizabeth Brunner arrived in India in 1930 together with her mother, the great artist, Elizabeth Sass Brunner, upon the invitation of Rabindranath Tagore. The exhibition contains paintings both by mother and daughter assembled from private collections and most of them will be on public view for the first time.
