Event Details : UNDP India and The YP (Youth Parliament) Foundation is organizing a workshop for Youth to increase awareness about Right to Information.
The objectives of the programme are as follows:
To raise awareness about The Right to Information Act, 2005 amongst young college students.
Equipping them with the tools to utilize the act as a medium of accountability from public authorities on issues that concern them.
To help young people understand the concept of active citizenship and how they can participate in governance processes.
