• The play Devdas is a gripping saga of immortal love, the story of a man torn between his love for two women, Paro and Chandramukhi.
  
• It was a big challenge to create the classic in play format for the first time after film versions in classic format and in the modern format.
  

• About Yatrik Theatre Group : Yatrik Theatre Group is today the oldest surviving theatre group in the capital with more than 350 shows to its credit. The group was established in 1964 with the objectives to project theatre and forms of theatre on a regular basis. The founder members included stalwarts
  like Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Roshan Seth, Sushma Seth, Marcus Murch and Joy Michael who remains the dynamic force behind yatrik till date.
  
• Persons who have worked with Yatrik over the years as Directors & Actors are today outstanding and well-known theatre, film & TV celebrities. Some of these include: Joy Michael, Bhaskar Ghose, Sunit Tandon, Avijit Dutt and Prakash Bhatia ... amongst many others. Prakash Bhatia is the present director of Yatrik.
