  • First in a new series of lectures/discussions which will address two kinds of themes – historians will address some of the most debated and researched events in Indian history like 1857, the Indian freedom struggle, Partition etc. And a set of talks that will address themes like caste, family, gender, environment, medicine, history of the arts, etc. The series will explore histories outside the conventional archives that also incorporate oral accounts and ethnography.
