MUSIC : French - Hungarian Christmas Concert at Sri Sathya Sai Audi, Lodhi Road - 21st December, 2007

• Time : 7.00 pm

• Event Details : Alliance Française de Delhi and the Hungarian Information and Cultural Centre have joined hands to celebrate Christmas by hosting an evening of special music by artists coming from cross borders. The program will include piano pieces (Bach, Couperin, Saint-Saens, Franz Liszt), French, Hungarian, European and other carols, and Hungarian folk song arrangements by Zoltan Kodaly, the famous Hungarian composer.
• This concert will be conducted by Gabriella Boda-Rechner, with artists coming together to perform, from Hungary (Marouan Benabdallah, piano), France (Yanis Benabdallah, baritone), India (Situ Singh Buehler, soprano), “Alliance Française Golden Jubilee Choir” and “Mozart Children’s Choir of India” (in collaboration with the Austrian Embassy).
